About 450 units of snow removal equipment and more than 4,500 workers are clearing snow in the capital amid warnings of deteriorating weather conditions, including sleet, rain and ice. A "yellow" level of danger has been declared.

After the last snowfall, roads, overpasses, sidewalks and public transport stops are being cleared of snow and treated with anti-icing agents. As of this morning, road and utility services together have engaged almost 450 units of snow removal equipment and 4,500 employees for manual cleaning
The Kyiv City Military Administration urged drivers to give priority to special vehicles, public transport, and emergency vehicles.

In turn, the Kyiv City State Administration reported that the roads and sidewalks of the capital are being treated with anti-icing agents and cleared by 293 units of special equipment of the Kyivavtodor. In places where the equipment cannot pass, 487 workers are involved in 61 manual cleaning teams.
The adjacent territories and green areas are cleaned by 3,335 employees and 52 units of special equipment of management companies, as well as 629 employees and 42 units of equipment of "greenbuilders".
