In Kyiv region, a gas cylinder exploded in a private house in the Obukhiv district, injuring one person. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service, UNN reports.

Rescuers once again reminded Ukrainians of safety rules when using gas cylinders:
- large cylinders are only for the private sector;
- they can be serviced and refilled only by special organizations;
- a cylinder should be filled to no more than 85% of its volume;
- place the cylinder away from sunlight and heating devices;
- the room where the cylinder is located must have a proper ventilation system;
- regularly check the cylinder for damage.
