Over the past day, 96 combat engagements occurred on the front. The most intense battles continue in the Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, and Lyman directions.
Since the beginning of the day, 96 combat engagements have been recorded on the front. The most intense battles are ongoing in the Pokrovsk, Kostiantynivka, and Lyman directions. The enemy is also conducting artillery shelling of the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports. In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, six combat engagements with the enemy took place; the enemy carried out 32 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, including three using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the invaders tried eight times to break through the defense in the areas of the settlements of Lyman, Izbystske, Starytsia, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka, and in the direction of Kozacha Lopan. Four battles are ongoing at this very moment.
In the Kupiansk direction, today the enemy attacked the positions of the Defense Forces once in the direction of Shyikivka.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled nine attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas of Novoselivka, Drobysheve, Lyman; one more combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces successfully stopped twelve attempts by the invaders to advance near Zakitne and towards the settlements of Kryva Luka, Riznykivka, Rai-Oleksandrivka. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy once tried to advance in the direction of the settlement of Malynivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, our defenders repelled twelve attacks. Ten assaults were successfully stopped near the settlements of Ivanopillia, Illinivka, and in the direction of Kostiantynivka, Rusynyi Yar; two attacks are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 25 times to push our soldiers out of their positions. Twenty-two attacks were repelled in the areas of the settlements of Dorozhnie, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Serhiivka, Kotlyne, Muravka, and towards the settlements of Vilne, Toretske, Kucheriv Yar, Bilytske, Nikanorivka, Dobropillia, Novyi Donbas, Hannivka, Filia. Three combat engagements are ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy once tried to advance in the area of Oleksandrohrad.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled thirteen enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Rybne, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Olenokostiantynivka, Charivne, and towards Dobropillia, Kosivtseve, Zarichne, Staroukrainka, Danylivka, Hirke. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovskyi directions, no enemy attempts to advance were recorded.
