"In order to ensure our European integration process in the judiciary, it is necessary to create, in particular, a new court for administrative cases, as well as to ensure a high level of trust in this court by selecting and verifying candidates for judges for integrity and professionalism," Mudra said.
According to her, joint work with the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers is underway to establish a court to hear administrative cases.
"Right now, together with the parliament and the government, we are working on the creation of the relevant court and the legislation that will establish such a court," Mudra said.

In June, Deputy Chief of Staff Mudra met with representatives of the USAID Justice for All Program and its Chief of Party David M. Vaughn. During the meeting, they discussed the establishment of the High Administrative Court, taking into account the positive experience of other courts.
"On December 3, the Sudovo-Yurydychna Gazeta reported that the Verkhovna Rada had voted down all three bills that would create a new specialized court in Ukraine, the Supreme Administrative Court, which is a requirement of the IMF.
The IMF requires the adoption of a law on a new special court by the end of December 2024.
It is noted that the first draft law No. 12206 on the procedure for establishing the High Court for Public Disputes was submitted by the deputy head of the Servant of the People faction, Andriy Motovylovets.
Subsequently, the second alternative draft law on the establishment of the High Specialized Administrative Court No. 12206-1 was introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers, represented by the Vice Prime Minister for European Integration and Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna.
Denys Maslov, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy, introduced another bill No. 12206-2.
It is also noted that all three draft laws do not provide for the use of the PEMS model, as required by the IMF.
Thus, all three drafts were sent back for revision. However, according to the IMF's requirements, one of the options will have to be adopted.
