The Ukrainian company Inguar Defence is developing an armored medical evacuation vehicle based on the Inguar-3 platform. This was reported by Defence Blog, according to UNN.
Details
The new variant was created in a short timeframe based on a combat-proven chassis, but it features a completely redesigned internal layout. The vehicle is equipped with medical equipment, a new mounting system, and a ramp for the rapid loading of the wounded.
The vehicle is designed to transport two casualties simultaneously, ensuring stable conditions during evacuation.
Combat Experience of the Platform
The Inguar-3 platform has been in service with the Armed Forces and the National Guard of Ukraine since 2025 and has already been used in combat conditions.

According to the military, the vehicle has withstood FPV drone attacks and mine blasts, maintaining structural integrity and crew protection.
Modularity and Development
In addition to the medical version, the company has developed other variants on this platform – for troop transport, drone operator stations, and recovery vehicles.
A counter-drone system is also being created on the Inguar-3 base, utilizing technologies that allow for the detection and engagement of aerial targets.
The developers note that the platform's modularity was established from the very beginning as a key principle of its creation.
