Ukrainian Armed Forces Chief Syrsky says he is working in the "original area"

Oleksandr Syrsky, the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, said he was working in the "original area" and posted a photo. Social media speculate that this is the Sumy region, from where the Ukrainian Armed Forces are launching an offensive against the Kursk region of Russia.

Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi said he was working in the "original area", UNN reports.

"I'm working in the original district..." Syrsky said and posted a photo.

The Chief of Staff did not provide any further details.
