During the night of March 23, the Ukrainian Air Defense Forces destroyed 31 Russian attack drones in Poltava, Mykolaiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. This was reported by the commander of the Air Force Mykola Oleshchuk, UNN reports .

According to the information, the enemy attacked on the night of March 23:
- four S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles (in Donetsk region),
- 34 attack UAVs of the "Shahed" type (launch areas Kursk region - Russia, Cape Chauda - Crimea).
As a result of the anti-aircraft battle, 31 "shahed" were destroyed by mobile firing groups of the Defense Forces, anti-aircraft missile units and aviation of the Air Force.
