The Ukrainian side has prepared everything for the Second Peace Summit. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhiy Tykhyi during a press conference, answering a question from UNN.
"Ukraine has prepared everything for the Second Peace Summit. It has held all the thematic conferences. That is, Ukraine is currently in a strong diplomatic position, because it has everything prepared. But for this summit to take place and be effective, we need to get everything ready," Tychy said.
Tikhiy noted that an event for the sake of an event is not necessary.
"We need results," he added.
Addendum
In December, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Kyiv was not abandoning its position that the second Peace Summit should include representatives of Russia. Ukraine will invite them.
In September, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine should be strengthened as much as possible to organize the second Peace Summit this year.
It is not yet known when it will be held.
