Since the beginning of the day, the aggressor has attacked the positions of the Defense Forces 63 times. The enemy is actively operating in the Sloviansk, Kostiantynivka and Pokrovsk directions, reports UNN with reference to the General Staff's summary.
Artillery shelling of border areas continues. Today, in Sumy region, the settlements of Neskuchne, Yastrubshchyna, Korenyok, Potapivka, Bachivsk, Hirky, Sukhodil, Tovstodubove, Zhuravka were affected; in Chernihiv region – Buchky and Senkivka. The areas of the settlements of Topolia and Volfyne were affected by enemy airstrikes.
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, two combat engagements with the enemy are ongoing, the enemy carried out two airstrikes using two guided aerial bombs and conducted 23 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the invaders attempted to break through the defense in the direction of Hoptivka once.
In the Kupiansk direction, no offensive actions by the enemy were recorded.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled seven attempts by the invaders to advance in the area of Novoselivka and towards Shyikivka, Lyman, Stavky, and Ozerne. Four attacks are still ongoing.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Defense Forces repelled 16 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Zakitne, Kryva Luka, Riznykivka, and towards Mykolaivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian invaders carried out two attacks in the areas of the settlements of Minkivka and Markove.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, our defenders repelled 16 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Ilinivka, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, and towards the settlements of Dovha Balka, Novopavlivka, and Kucheriv Yar. One combat engagement is ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 15 times to push our soldiers from their positions in the area of Udachne and towards the settlements of Bilytske, Novyi Donbas, Shevchenko, Myrne, Serhiivka. One combat engagement is still ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, no offensive actions by the enemy were recorded.
In the Huliaipole direction, the Defense Forces repelled four enemy attacks towards Vozdvyzhivka, Kosivtseve, and Verkhnia Tersa.
In the Orikhiv and Prydniprovskyi directions, no offensive actions by the enemy were recorded.
In other directions, no significant changes in the situation are currently occurring. No attempts by the enemy to advance were recorded, the General Staff summarized.
