Ukraine's Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiha, during a conversation with journalists, ironically commented on information regarding potential representatives for the negotiation process and mocked the Kremlin's desire to see former German Chancellor Gerhard Schröder as a negotiator from Europe, UNN reports.

According to the Foreign Minister, certain names are indeed being discussed among the candidates, but Schröder is not among them.
"Regarding the candidates. Yes, there are certain names. I will not name them because it is a diplomatic process. But it is definitely not Schröder. And I'm speaking ahead of time so that the Russians don't suggest Gérard Depardieu, Steven Seagal, or I don't know, maybe they'll drag Orbán in as a negotiator on their side,"
The Minister did not specify which exact negotiation format was being referred to.
