On Tuesday, during a live broadcast, people wearing balaclavas entered the TV station's building and forced people to lie on the floor. All this happened inside the Ecuadorian TV station TC in Guayaquil. Viewers also heard the sounds of gunfire and screams.
Some of the terrorists were gesturing to the camera, and someone could be heard shouting "no police".
The TV channel's building is now surrounded by law enforcement officers. Security forces are going to storm the TV channel's building.
It should be noted that this incident took place against the backdrop of the kidnapping of at least seven police officers and a series of explosions that have been taking place in the country since the beginning of the week.Ecuador has been in a state of emergency for two days.
