Russian dictator Vladimir Putin will violate the peace agreement with Ukraine if it is not protected. This was stated by British Prime Minister Keir Starmer after a meeting of the highest military leadership of more than 20 countries in London, UNN reports with reference to BBC.

According to him, any agreement on the cessation of hostilities between Russia and Ukraine will be "durable only if "security measures are in place".
Security agreements will make it clear to Russia that if it violates any agreement, it will have serious consequences.
He noted that the UK and its allies are moving from "political momentum" to "military planning", which he says "needs to be done now" before an agreement is reached.
"It is vital that we do this work, because we know one thing for sure, that an agreement that has nothing behind it is something that Putin will violate. We know this because it has happened before. I am absolutely clear that this will happen again," the head of the British government concluded.
