Starmer said the Ukrainian summit in Paris was "very constructive".
"There was absolute clarity that Russia is trying to delay (peace - ed.), is playing games, and we must be absolutely clear about this," Starmer said.
According to him, the leaders agreed that Ukraine needs more support "to ensure that Ukraine occupies the strongest possible position both now and in further negotiations".
Starmer also noted that there was "complete clarity that now is not the time to lift sanctions".
