The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Heorhii Tykhyi, responded to Russia's new threats regarding strikes on Kyiv, stating that Russian forces have already been regularly attacking the Ukrainian capital for more than four years. He wrote about this on the X social network, UNN reports.
