Drones of the SBU "Alpha" Special Operations Center, in cooperation with other components of the Security and Defense Forces (SBU, SSO, HUR MOU), struck a number of infrastructure facilities of the Tuapse port oil terminal (Krasnodar Krai, Russia), UNN reports.
Details
As sources noted, the oil terminal is a single production complex together with the Tuapse Refinery. This plant produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil, and raw materials for petrochemicals and plays an important role in supplying the domestic market and exports. The complex belongs to Rosneft.
As a result of the strike, deep-water oil loading jetties, pipeline infrastructure, and reservoir park tanks of the marine terminal and the Tuapse Refinery were damaged. A strong fire was recorded after the hits. Additionally, a 50N6E multi-functional radar station was hit.
The Security Service continues to deliver systemic strikes against Russia's oil refining infrastructure, which provides the enemy with resources, including financial ones, for waging war against Ukraine. "Cotton" at Russian refineries will continue to burn, as they are absolutely legitimate military targets.
Recall
The General Staff reported on the damage to the Tuapse Refinery, air defense systems, command posts, and enemy concentration areas.
