"The enemy deliberately continues attacks on civilian shipping. In the morning, as a result of a repeated strike on the port infrastructure of Odesa region, a civilian vessel flying the Liberian flag was hit. A hit was recorded in the superstructure of the vessel without further ignition. The dry cargo ship was entering the port to load corn," - added the head of the Regional Military Administration Kiper.
Also, this night, Russian attack drones attacked Izmail port and a vessel flying the Panamanian flag, the Ministry of Development indicated. "Several hits on port infrastructure were recorded," the report says.
