The enemy plans to increase the share of jet-powered strike drones to 50%, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported on social media on Thursday, UNN reports.

The Russian aggressor does not stand still. The enemy is constantly changing the tactics of UAV employment, increasing their quantity and improving their quality. The aggressor plans to bring the share of jet-powered strike drones up to 50%. This poses new challenges for us that require a timely response,

He indicated that "at a working meeting on countering enemy strike UAVs, I heard proposals for increasing the effectiveness of our air defense and further levels of modernization for domestic interceptors." "The issue regarding the quantity of warheads for interceptor drones remains urgent, but the AFU is striving to build up its own capabilities in the production of such elements," Syrskyi emphasized.

The Commander-in-Chief reported that following the meeting, he "defined tasks in these and other areas for the next period."
