A resolution has been submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers, according to which citizens aged 18 to 60 who are abroad will be able to register for military service without visiting the TCC and without undergoing a medical examination. This was announced by Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Iryna Vereshchuk, UNN reports.

Details

"A draft amendment to Resolution No. 932 has been submitted to the government, which simplifies the registration of Ukrainians abroad for military service. This will allow consulates and branches of the State Enterprise "Document" to issue passports and other documents to tens of thousands of our citizens who are outside Ukraine," Vereshchuk wrote.

Recall

Earlier, Vereshchuk reported that the Ministry of Defense will submit a draft resolution to the government within a week, according to which citizens aged 18 to 60 who are abroad will be able to register for military service without visiting the TCC and without undergoing a medical examination.

The Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading and in general the draft law on the peculiarities of military registration of conscripts, according to which, in particular, basic military training for women is voluntary.

Draft law №12093 proposes to exempt Ukrainians from physically visiting the TCC in order to pay a fine for violation of military registration. This can be done through the "Reserve+" application.
