In the coming months, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin may no longer be able to negotiate from a position of strength. This was stated by the head of Estonian intelligence, Kaupo Rosin, as reported by CNN and transmitted by UNN.

Over the next four to five months, Putin "may no longer be able to negotiate from a position of strength,"

Rosin stated.

He described a combination of economic, military, and social pressures facing Putin that could force him to the negotiating table.

"Time is not on Russia's side. I no longer hear talk of a total victory. The Kremlin acknowledges that the situation on the Ukrainian battlefield is not going well,"

Rosin added.

He also noted that Moscow is losing more people than it can recruit.
