Zurabishvili noted that the rocket attacks once again demonstrate the brutal methods and tragic consequences of Russian aggression in Ukraine.
"I strongly condemn today's rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, which damaged a children's hospital. This once again clearly illustrates the brutal methods and tragic consequences of Russia's war against Ukraine," Zurabishvili wrote.
