Only significant financial losses force Russia to consider a scenario for withdrawing from the war. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his address, UNN reports.

According to him, "we in Ukraine are doing our part of this work constantly, and our long-range sanctions continue to work very effectively and really reduce Russian revenues, primarily oil revenues."
This is absolutely fair, and most importantly, it limits Russia's ability to prolong this war. Only significant financial losses force Russia to think about an exit scenario – an exit from the war itself. Now, of course, the oil market and global markets in general are in a crisis due to the unresolved situation around Iran. Oil countries now – and Russia among them – can earn more. And our drones, our missiles limit Russia in this regard
He also thanked Ukraine's partners who continue to exert pressure with their methods – appropriate sanctions, stopping tankers, and restrictions on the supply of modern equipment to Russia.
"Everything that Russians can earn from shock oil prices, they will give to the war. This priority has not changed for them yet. Therefore, every one of our restrictions on their ability to export oil is correct," Zelenskyy summarized.
