Power was restored to Odesa region after the nighttime Russian shelling. However, two districts of Odesa and a part of Odesa district remain without electricity due to a morning accident. Power engineers promise to restore power within a few hours. This was reported by DTEK, UNN reported.
At night, the enemy attacked the infrastructure of Odesa region again. Due to damage to a Ukrenergo energy facility, 170,000 homes were cut off from electricity. Power engineers worked all night to re-energize the lines and bring power to people's homes. Now all residents of Odesa region have electricity again.

DTEK noted that solar and wind power plants, as well as the shutdown of electric transport in Odesa, helped to avoid massive blackouts.
But in order to avoid restrictions, Odesa residents are asked to consume electricity reasonably.
It is noted that repair work in the region is still ongoing. The situation in the power system remains difficult.
In addition to the damage caused by the shelling, residents of Odesa and parts of Odesa district were left without electricity due to the accident.
At 11:40 a.m., there was an emergency shutdown of equipment at one of the high-voltage substations. Residents of Khadzhibey and Kyiv districts, as well as part of Odesa district of the region, were temporarily left without electricity. At this moment, repair works are ongoing. Where possible, power engineers will re-energize critical infrastructure and homes. Estimated time to restore power: within a few hours.
