The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, announced the possibility of a new stage of prisoner exchange as early as the end of the week. He also added that the current one-day Easter truce is unlikely to be extended. He reported this in a comment to Ukrainian media, as reported by UNN.

Budanov also spoke about the truce. According to him, a similar situation has happened before - a ceasefire was announced for Easter, but the Russians repeatedly violated it.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced an Easter truce with Ukraine, which will last from April 11 until the end of April 12.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is ready for "mirror steps" and agrees to the Easter truce previously announced by Russia.
