NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has pointed out the need for more assistance to Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression, especially against the backdrop of North Korea, China and Iran's support for Russia's military efforts, UNN reports.

"Today marks 1,000 days since the full-scale Russian offensive, the unprovoked, full-scale Russian offensive against Ukraine. So today we will discuss how we can help Ukraine win. That means more help, more money, and we have to give it to them," Rutte emphasized.
"Especially now that the North Koreans have come on board. And we know that China is helping Russia in its military efforts. We know that Iran is supporting Russia in its military efforts. And as we also know, Putin has to pay for it. For example, when missile technology goes to North Korea, which is a direct threat, it poses a direct threat not only to us, but to South Korea, Japan, and even the U.S. mainland. So we have to make sure that Putin doesn't get his way, that Ukraine wins this fight," the NATO Secretary General said as he arrived at the EU defense ministers' meeting and announced the issue on the agenda for today's meeting.
