More than 2.9 thousand Ukrainians have already expressed a desire to join the personnel reserve of civil servants in the de-occupied territories. This was reported by the Ministry of Reintegration of the Territories, UNN reports.

A total of 2,935 candidate profiles have been registered on the Recovery Reserve platform. The National Agency for Civil Service, which is responsible for the platform, has already enrolled 2721 people in the personnel reserve of government employees to work in the de-occupied territories.
The majority of candidates are men - 1621 questionnaires were submitted by men, which is 56% of the total number of candidates. Women submitted 1314 questionnaires, which is 44%.
In terms of regional priority, candidates prefer to work in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol (75.5%), as well as in Donetsk (26.1%), Kherson (22.5%), Zaporizhzhia (22.3%) and Mykolaiv (17.1%) regions.
Candidates most often choose among the proposed areas of work:
- administrative management (49.7%);
- state supervision and control (33.5%);
- administration and provision of public services (23.2%);
- prevention of corruption (20.1%);
- Human resources management (18.6%).

Recall
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the procedure for forming a personnel reserve of educators to work in the de-occupied territories. It is noted that the formation of a personnel reserve will allow for advance planning of staffing of educational institutions in the territories liberated from the enemy.
