The United States does not object to the fact that other countries may deploy their troops in Ukraine. This was stated at a briefing by White House adviser John Kirby, UNN reports.
Details
Asked whether Washington would be opposed to other countries deploying their troops in Ukraine, Kirby said it was the sovereign right of each country.
This is a sovereign decision that every nation evaluates and makes. I can only speak on behalf of this sovereign nation (the United States - ed.) and this commander-in-chief. He has made it clear that we will not deploy our troops
At the same time, Kirby reiterated that the United States has no plans to deploy its troops in Ukraine.
AddendumAddendum
Western politicians are commenting on the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine at the suggestion of French President Emmanuel Macron, who publicly stated in February that he did not rule out such a possibility.
