Operation Interflex prepares Ukrainian recruits for military service. The Netherlands is making its contribution, including training in marksmanship, medical care and military law. The King visits the operation in England and talks to instructors and Ukrainian soldiers
As noted, the Netherlands joined Operation Interflex to train the Ukrainian military in September 2022. In addition to the Netherlands and the UK, Norway, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and others are conducting the training.
It is reported that by 2023, about 34,500 Ukrainian soldiers will have been trained. This year, it is planned to train another 1,600 Ukrainian defenders.
