Over the year, the mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, received more than 2 million hryvnias in salary, which is almost 285,000 hryvnias more than last year. UNN learned about this from Terekhov's electronic declaration for 2024.

According to the declaration, Terekhov, as the mayor of Kharkiv, earned 2,001,327 hryvnias in a year. The mayor keeps 135,000 hryvnias, 54,000 euros and 151,000 dollars in cash.
Terekhov keeps 224,908 hryvnias in the bank. The mayor also declared two apartments in Kharkiv, one of which he rents - 101.3 and 69.8 sq.m. each, as well as an Omega Speedmaster Automatic wristwatch, the value of which he did not specify, and two cars - a 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL 350 CDI 4 MATIC, which costs 415,000 hryvnias, and a Volkswagen Transporter.
According to the declaration, in 2017, Terekhov borrowed 10 million 81 thousand 600 hryvnias and 15 thousand investment certificates (the nominal value of one security is 1 thousand UAH) from Lada Krimerman.
Addition
In the declaration for 2023, Terekhov indicated that his salary as mayor was 1 million 716 thousand 555 hryvnias, which is 284 thousand 772 hryvnias less than in 2024.
Also, in last year's declaration, he indicated that his son Andriy had the right to use a house in Spain and the right to use an apartment in Kyiv. There is no such data in the current declaration.
