Harris praised Walls, noting that he "will be ready (for the campaign) on day one." For his part, Walls emphasized that he shares democratic values with Harris.
He also challenged Republican vice presidential contender J.D. Vance to a debate, saying he "can't wait to see if he wants to get off the couch and show up.
Walls repeated his popular phrase, calling Vance and other Republicans "very strange.
"I have to tell you, point out one observation that I made. I just have to say it - you know it, you feel it," he said, warming up the crowd.
According to the media outlet's sources, Harris and Walls were very pleased with the rally.
"Did you see tonight? It was just amazing," Harris said, speaking by phone after the event. She also praised Walls for his energy.
