The Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint Stock Company has opened its first foreign representative office in the US capital, Washington, DC. This was reported by UNN with reference to a statement by Ukroboronprom.

The representative office will work in three key areas. The first is interaction with business and expert organizations. The second is cooperation with government agencies and defense organizations. Third - support of UOP enterprises' projects in the United States and partner countries
Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine Oleksandr Kamyshin emphasized that Ukrainian companies already have a number of agreements in principle with their American counterparts.
According to him, the presence of Ukroboronprom's representative office in the United States will speed up their implementation and strengthen the integration of Ukrainian defense into the defense industrial base

As explained, Ukroboronprom is looking for investment opportunities and potential military-technical partners in the United States.
