In the capital, lists of residents with limited mobility have begun to be compiled for possible relocation in winter in the event of a prolonged lack of heating due to Russian shelling, UNN reports.

Kyiv’s city Telegram channels are publishing a photo of a notice in the city’s Holosiivskyi district stating that "in the event of a prolonged heating outage (blackout), temporary relocation will be arranged for those who need assistance, primarily single elderly people (with limited mobility), people with disabilities, and families with children with disabilities."
In a comment to UNN, Kyiv City State Administration Deputy Head Maryna Khonda confirmed this information, noting that the city authorities are compiling lists of residents with limited mobility who may require temporary relocation in the event of a prolonged lack of heating.
She noted that the decision to compile the lists was made following the experience of last winter.
According to her, Kyiv authorities are determining where exactly people could be relocated in the event of a prolonged lack of heating; however, the final lists of places for temporary accommodation are still being prepared.
