In Kyiv, a veteran was beaten during a conflict with a notification group consisting of military personnel from the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCR) and members of a voluntary formation of the territorial community, the Main Directorate of the National Police in the capital reported on Friday, UNN writes.
Police have initiated criminal proceedings regarding the beating of a veteran in the Shevchenkivskyi district of the capital. According to preliminary information, the man sustained physical injuries during a conflict with representatives of a notification group – servicemen of the TCR and representatives of the VFTC (Voluntary Formation of the Territorial Community),
According to this fact, as noted, information has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Art. 125 (Intentional light bodily injury) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
"The victim was issued a referral for a forensic medical examination to determine the severity of the sustained physical injuries," the police indicated.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
