In Chernihiv region, the head of one of the district TCCs and SPs was notified of suspicion for entering false data into the "Oberih" register regarding the mobilization of 21 conscripts. According to the investigation, the official may have artificially improved the performance indicators of the mobilization plan. This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General, writes UNN.
Under the procedural guidance of the Chernihiv Specialized Defense Prosecutor's Office of the Central Region, the head of one of the district TCCs and SPs of Chernihiv region was notified of suspicion. He is charged with unauthorized modification of information in the automated system (Part 1, Part 3 of Article 362 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)
According to the investigation, in May 2026, while acting as head of the district TCC and SP, the official entered deliberately false information into the "Oberih" register about the alleged mobilization of conscripts to a combat military unit. In reality, none of them were drafted or served.
Thus, false data regarding 21 conscripts were entered into the register. According to the investigation, the official did this to artificially improve the performance indicators of the mobilization plan.
The violations were discovered during an internal investigation. During searches, official documentation was seized, and representatives of the military unit confirmed that none of the specified citizens were enrolled in its personnel.
The official was detained on July 23, 2026, in Odesa. The court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative of bail of almost UAH 2 million, which has already been paid.
