Details
Law enforcement officers established that the minor, having basic programming knowledge, carried out unauthorized interference with the operation of post office boxes. In particular, he thoroughly studied the algorithm of the official delivery service application, which ensures the receipt of parcels.
Subsequently, the teenager created a program that allowed him to bypass the standard payment process. In addition, he developed an application, outwardly similar to the official one, designed for illegal access to automated systems. As a result, parcels in the application were displayed as paid and issued from post office boxes without actual payment.
On March 27, investigators, in agreement with the Kryvyi Rih Central District Prosecutor's Office, notified the suspect of suspicion under Part 1, 2 of Article 361, Part 4 of Article 185, Part 2 of Article 15 and Part 4 of Article 185 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
