The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on the Volgograd Oil Refinery, one of the largest in the Russian Federation, as well as an enemy ammunition depot in occupied Crimea, the "Pole-21" electronic warfare system, and an occupier command post near Bakhmut, reports UNN.
On the night of July 31, 2026, as part of reducing the military-economic potential of the Russian aggressor, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck the oil refinery "Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka" in Volgograd (Volgograd region, Russian Federation). A hit on the facility was recorded, followed by a fire on the enterprise's territory.
"Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka" is one of the largest oil refineries in the Russian Federation. Its processing capacity is about 15 million tons of oil per year. The enterprise produces automotive gasoline, diesel fuel, and aviation fuel. It is involved in meeting the needs of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
The scale of the damage is being determined.
As reported by UNN, FP-1 drones struck an oil refinery and a Wildberries warehouse in Volgograd.
"Also, the occupiers' electronic warfare system 'Pole-21' was struck in the area of Holubivka, Luhansk region. In addition, an ammunition depot was struck in the area of Naumivka (Autonomous Republic of Crimea) and an enemy command post in the area of Bakhmut, Donetsk region," - reported in the General Staff.
