Peace in the war between Russia and Ukraine is in the hands of one person - Russian President Vladimir Putin. The EU wants a just peace that takes into account the victim of the war, which is Ukraine. This was stated during a briefing on Monday by the European Commission spokesperson for foreign and security policy Peter Stano, UNN reports.  

Let me remind you of the EU's position on peace. Peace is in the hands of one man, and that is Vladimir Putin. He continues to wage war every day. We want a just peace, a peace that takes into account the victim of war, namely Ukraine
