Debris removal from the destroyed five-story building in the Shevchenkivskyi district has been completed. As a result of the attack, two people were killed and 92 others were injured.

Emergency and restoration work at the site of one of the Russian strikes in Kyiv has been completed. As reported by the State Emergency Service, over 165 square meters of dangerous reinforced concrete structures were dismantled during the operations, UNN reports.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv, rescuers have completed the cleanup of the consequences of the Russian shelling, which on the night of May 24 claimed lives and turned a residential building into ruins. The enemy hit a five-story building, destroying an entire section from the 1st to the 5th floors. Two people were killed as a result of the shelling

According to the State Emergency Service, a total of 2 people were killed and 92 were injured, including three minors, as a result of the Russian attack in Kyiv. Rescuers managed to save another 13 people.

For two days, rescuers, municipal services, medics, psychologists, and volunteers worked here non-stop — everyone who fought for lives until the very end, helped people, and cleared the rubble.

During the operations, over 165 square meters of dangerous reinforced concrete structures were dismantled, and more than 1,080 cubic meters of construction debris were removed. SES dog handlers inspected 100 square meters of the destroyed building in search of people.

In total, 871 rescuers and 201 units of fire and rescue equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service and the National Police provided assistance to 320 people who survived that terrible night.
