An Egyptian mercenary surrendered after an unsuccessful assault by Russian occupiers on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the fighters of the 2nd Mechanized Battalion of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade, reports UNN.
Taking advantage of the foggy weather, a group of occupiers managed to sneak up to our positions, but they were immediately met with a hail of fire from the infantry of the 2nd Mechanized Battalion of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade. Constantly changing positions and using all available arsenals, the knights at close range destroyed part of the group. One of the occupiers managed to fall into the trench to his predecessor-comrade, but he was quickly smoked out of there with grenades. And, finally, they were eliminated.
According to Ukrainian fighters, the other part of the assault group began to flee, hide and pretend to be eliminated. However, each of them was hunted down by the pilots of the Unmanned Systems Battalion and "Kurt&Company".
And only one occupier was lucky, because he decided to surrender. The only problem was that he turned out to be a citizen of Egypt, so the infantrymen had to explain everything with gestures.
Addition
It is worth noting that in the published video, our fighters ask the Egyptian to "button up so that he does not freeze".
Reminder
In October, it was reported that the warriors of the 79th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade in the Kurakhiv direction took an Egyptian occupier prisoner, who came to the Russian Federation to obtain a higher education, but after receiving a Russian passport, was sent to war against Ukraine.
