During a trip by the commander of the "West" grouping of forces, Brigadier General Volodymyr Shvedyuk, the state of readiness of units, their supplies, as well as the development of fortifications and logistics were checked.
Special attention was paid to interaction with local communities, the safety of field work, control of minefields, and the preparation of national resistance.
The capabilities of the region's medical facilities to respond to potential threats were also assessed.
The command emphasizes that the main goal is to create a layered defense system and readiness to respond promptly to any challenges.
