According to him, on the night of July 21, Russian troops continued to attack the city's infrastructure. At the same time, no information about casualties from the night shelling was received.
The head of the Odesa MCA noted that the victims of yesterday's attack were three civilians – ordinary workers who lived and worked in Odesa.
