The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a draft law on the ratification of the agreement between France and Ukraine, which will provide €200 million to rebuild infrastructure and the economy. This was announced during a government meeting by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, UNN reports.

The government's representative in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, said that the Cabinet of Ministers had approved the draft law "On Ratification of the Grant Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the French Republic to Promote the Restoration and Support of Critical Infrastructure and Priority Sectors of the Ukrainian Economy.
The draft law proposes to ratify a grant agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the French Republic to facilitate the restoration and support of critical infrastructure and priority sectors of the Ukrainian economy. The ratification of the grant agreement will create the legal basis for attracting grant funds from the Government of the French Republic in the amount of EUR 200 million, which will be used to reconstruct and restore critical infrastructure in the following sectors: healthcare, infrastructure, energy, agriculture, water supply and sanitation, waste management, demining, housing and digital technologies
