Brigade driver wounded in Donetsk region as a result of Russian attacks, control room destroyed

Consequences of shelling

In Dnipropetrovs'k and Kharkiv regions, overhead power lines were disconnected due to shelling, which resulted in the blackout of substations and household consumers connected to them.

Networks status 

At night, a high-voltage overhead line connecting the power systems of Ukraine and Moldova was briefly disconnected. It is now back online.

In Odesa region, high-voltage overhead lines were disconnected as a result of technological failures. The substation and the household consumers connected to it were de-energized, and the energy facility was also de-energized. All consumers have been supplied with electricity. 

In Zhytomyr region, two substations in Zhytomyr and Kyiv regions and the household consumers connected to them were cut off due to the disconnection of the overhead line of the regional power company. All consumers have been supplied with electricity, the company said.

In Kirovohrad region, an overhead line of a regional power company was disconnected. The substation and the household consumers connected to it lost power.

In addition, according to the Ministry of Energy, a high-voltage overhead line of a regional power company was shut down for technological reasons in Chernihiv region. Several substations and the household consumers connected to them lost power. All of them were supplied with power. 

In Chernihiv region, an overhead power line was reportedly disconnected due to technological disruptions. Several substations and the household consumers connected to them were de-energized. Consumers have been supplied with electricity.

De-energization 

As of the morning, 473  settlements were cut off from electricity supply due to hostilities and technical violations. Power engineers supplied electricity to 6,878  consumers who were cut off as a result of hostilities.

Import and Export 

For the current day, imports from Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Moldova are forecasted to total 28,725 MWh with a maximum capacity of 1,445 MW. No exports are taking place and are not expected.
