EU Chief Diplomat Josep Borrell supports the intention of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to hold the second Peace Summit, but noted that Russia's participation should not be on the terms of Russian President Vladimir Putin. According to him, during a meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, “we discussed the next steps after the Peace Summit in Switzerland, and agreed that we should do more to engage with global partners from around the world.
