A queue of nearly a thousand cars has formed in front of the Kerch bridge from the Russian side, with waiting time reaching three hours, UNN reports citing Krym.Realii.
Russian authorities report that nearly a thousand cars are stuck in traffic in front of the Kerch bridge from the Russian side.
"There are 752 vehicles in the queue from Taman. The waiting time is about three hours. From the Kerch side, there is no queue in front of the inspection point," the statement said.
The day before, traffic on the Kerch Bridge was blocked from 3:15 am to 7:13 am due to a drone attack. On the night of August 16, explosions were heard in Kerch.
According to the Crimean Wind telegram channel, the falling debris damaged the sidewalk on Radyanska Street, partially destroyed the road, and probably also damaged communications.
The Kerch Bridge is the main route for transportation to the annexed Crimea from Russian territory and is also used for military supplies to the peninsula.
