Ukraine will discuss a just peace and the strengthening of Ukrainian air defense at the G7 summit, Serhiy Leshchenko, advisor to the Office of the President, said on Saturday during a telethon, UNN reports.

"It is clear that all of this will concern the end of the war in Ukraine and a just peace for Ukraine, as well as Ukrainian capabilities in terms of protecting its own skies—missiles and air defense," Leshchenko replied when asked about the Ukrainian side's expectations for the G7 summit.
Leshchenko noted that "ordered missiles arrive with delays," or "the situation in the Middle East changes the priorities of partners," or because "Russia is increasing its strike capabilities, and more missiles are being consumed."
"But I am convinced that a solution will be found regardless. We see how the nature of the war is changing, and we see how Russia itself is now suffering from the fact that it is unable to close its own skies. Therefore, this is one of the priorities. But, of course, we are ready to start anew or continue (...) negotiations on a just end to the war," Leshchenko added.
