In the village of Ponizovka in Greater Yalta, after night explosions, a fire was recorded in the area of the "Zarya" electrical substation and the building of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. This is reported by the monitoring group "Crimean Wind" citing satellite imagery data, writes UNN.

According to the monitoring group, thermal anomalies were recorded on the territory of the 110/10 kV "Zarya" substation, which is an important power supply node and provides voltage reduction from 110 to 10 kV, as well as near the three-story building of the fire station of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, on the roof of which a helipad is equipped.

The monitoring group notes that the "Zarya" substation had already been attacked and caught fire on July 19.

After the explosions, part of Greater Yalta was left without electricity

According to "Crimean Wind", around 4:00 a.m. explosions were heard in the area of Greater Yalta, after which electricity supply disappeared in some settlements.

There is currently no independent confirmation of the information about the causes of the fire and possible damage to the facilities. The occupation authorities have not officially commented on the reports of the fire.
