91 combat engagements took place at the front during the day. The most intense battles are ongoing in the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions, where the largest number of attacks have been recorded. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes UNN.
The aggressor is shelling border areas. Today, the following settlements in Sumy region were affected: Korenyok, Bachivsk, Rohizne, Atynske, Iskriskivshchyna, Volfyne, Seredyna-Buda; Mykolaivka – in Chernihiv region. Yastrubshchyna and Pavlivka suffered air strikes.
In the Northern-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy launched one air strike using one KAB, carried out 50 shellings of settlements and positions of our troops, three of which were with the use of MLRS.
In the Southern-Slobozhansky direction, the enemy tried to improve its position once in the Prylipka area.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy conducted assault operations once in the Kurylivka area.
In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled seven attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Stavky, Drobycheve, Lyman, and Dibrova.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy tried to advance twice towards Riznykivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked six times towards Nykyforivka, Holubivka, Bondarne, Maiske, and Vasyutynske. One of these attacks is ongoing.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the invaders carried out 21 attacks near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Yablunivka, Sofiivka, Novopavlivka, and Kucheriv Yar.
In the Pokrovsk direction, since the beginning of the day, the occupiers have tried 30 times to dislodge our soldiers from their occupied positions towards the settlements of Bilytske, Nykonorivka, Rodynske, Shevchenko, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Muravka, Molodetske, Novopidhorodne, and Novopavlivka. Four of these attempts are ongoing.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked nine times towards the settlements of Oleksandrograf, Kalynivske, and Zlahoda. Two attacks are still ongoing.
In the Huliaipole direction, there were nine attacks towards the positions of our defenders in the areas of Zaliznychne, Svyatopetrivka, Staroukrainka, and Huliaipilske. Verkhnya Tersa, Vozdvyzhivka, Polohy, Kopani, Svyatopetrivka, Dolynka, Lisne, Huliaipilske, Novoselevka, and Charivne suffered air strikes.
In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy carried out five assault actions towards Shcherbaky, Plavni, and Stepnohirsk. Two of them are still ongoing.
In the Prydniprovsky direction, the enemy did not conduct assault operations.
In other directions, no significant changes in the situation are currently occurring. No enemy attempts to advance are recorded.
