Due to deteriorating weather conditions with blizzards and possible snow drifts across Ukraine, the State Emergency Service advises citizens to stay at home and refrain from traveling on November 26-27.

Blizzards and snow are expected, with sleet and rain in some places. Precipitation may cause snowdrifts and ice on the roads.
