Finnish President Alexander Stubb believes that Ukraine has already achieved a strategic victory by defending its independence. He also noted that China takes a firm stance on the inadmissibility of Russia's use of nuclear weapons.
Ukraine has already achieved a strategic victory in the war against the Russian Federation, as it managed to defend its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity from an attack by a significantly larger state. This was stated by Finnish President Alexander Stubb in an interview with CNBC, reports UNN.

According to him, the advance of Russian troops by only 60 km over the years of active hostilities demonstrates the failure of the Kremlin's initial plans.
Stubb also noted that China holds a firm and uncompromising position on the inadmissibility of Russia's use of nuclear weapons. He said that he had discussed this issue with China's Foreign Minister during his visit to Finland a few days ago.
The Chinese are very adamant in stating: "No, this will not happen." Therefore, it is very important that we are able to deter this. But the danger of escalation is always present, and we need to take it seriously
He also expressed hope that China will continue to put pressure on Moscow to end the war.
