The "Honest Mobilization" movement has called for an audit of military deferments for all bloggers, activists, and celebrities

The "Honest Mobilization" movement has called on law enforcement agencies to verify the grounds for deferments or exemptions of all "celebrities," "bloggers," "anti-corruption activists," "activists," and "journalists" who use various schemes to evade mobilization. This is stated in a statement by the movement, reports UNN.

While some Ukrainians spend months in trenches, bury their brothers-in-arms, and return home wounded, activists and bloggers cynically hide behind statuses, connections, IDs, fake positions, and loud public statements. They have learned to loudly lecture Ukrainians on who should fight and how, but when it's their turn, dozens of reasons suddenly appear to stay in safe cafes and studios. This is a slight to those who are actually holding the front. Therefore, the "Honest Mobilization" movement calls on law enforcement to verify the grounds for exemptions or deferments, primarily for all public figures who call themselves "opinion leaders," "celebrities," "bloggers," "anti-corruption activists," "activists," and "journalists" and claim that everyone should fight except them

- the statement reads.

As representatives of the movement noted, an entire "blogger unit" could be formed from them. According to them, it should include the head of the "Anti-Corruption Action Center" Vitaliy Shabunin, the head of the DE JURE foundation Mykhailo Zhernakov, blogger Danylo Mokryk, journalist Heorhiy Shabaiev, and others who, according to the movement, are evading mobilization.

This will improve mobilization statistically—the army will be replenished with recruits and it will level the social injustice where hundreds of Shabunins, Mokryks, Zhernakovs, and Shabaievs hold the defense in restaurants and coffee shops in Kyiv. After all, an entire blogger unit could be assembled from them

- noted "Honest Mobilization."

As emphasized in the statement, although law enforcement has uncovered many organizers of mobilization evasion schemes in recent months, the number of exempted bloggers and activists only continues to multiply.

In recent months alone, law enforcement has uncovered dozens of brazen mobilization evasion schemes. 40-year-old "students" who have never attended an educational institution. Fake "disabled persons" and other feigned illnesses. "Critical infrastructure workers" who are reserved by the thousands by circuses, gyms, and shopping malls. Bloggers and journalists who, in their broadcasts, send everyone to the front while they themselves have secured an exemption or deferment through shady schemes. Civic, anti-corruption, and various other activists who, through connections, fictitiously enlisted in the AFU but actually "serve" in capital restaurants. We support the exposure of such schemes. However, it is demand that creates supply. More and more bloggers, anti-corruption activists, and other public figures are multiplying, evading the army in this way

- emphasized representatives of the "Honest Mobilization" movement.

As previously reported, the "Honest Mobilization" movement announced the creation of a "National Register of Draft Dodgers," which will feature dossiers on bloggers, anti-corruption activists, journalists, and other well-known Ukrainians who evade military service through various schemes.
